In addition to these materials, I played a key role in branding and promoting Firestone’s innovative tire technologies, such as AD2 (Advanced Deflection Design), ensuring that these cutting-edge features were clearly communicated to customers. I also developed training materials for Firestone University, providing valuable educational resources for both internal teams and external partners.
